  • Ordering: you can place orders in-person, via text invoice or through our website.
    • Online orders can be customized to your preferences.
    • We accept major credit cards and digital payment options.
    • Order processing time varies due to order size. Order turnaround is anywhere between 1 - 4 days and we will always send updated order notifications. 
  • Cancellations
    • You may cancel an order within 24 - 48 hours of placing it, subject to a cancellation fee.
  •  Refunds
    • Refunds are processed within 2-7 business days for eligible cancellations and returns.

We source the freshest ingredients and prepare all our products with care. If you have any concerns about the quality of our juices, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase or order pickup/delivery.

8. Local Delivery Fee

  • We offer local delivery for a minimum fee of $10.
  • The delivery fee is subject to change at checkout based on the distance in miles from our location.
  • Orders for delivery beyond our standard radius may incur an additional fee.

9. Pick-Up Curb Side Orders

  • Pick-up curb side orders are free of charge.
  • You can place an order online and schedule a convenient pick-up time at our juice bar.
